Driving along Kestrel Lane you'll find cabin sites nestled and perched among native hardwood trees, rhododendrons and mountain laurels. The Kestrel Neighborhood was named after North America's smallest falcon and represents for the Creston developers' the desire to offer dwelling plans that are fine and small. Like the female falcon on a protected nest owners are encouraged to use exterior products that blend with the surroundings and allow their nest to blend into the natural environment.
A collection of mountain cabins have been designed by local architects and is represented as the Nesting Collection.
Select a cabin from the Nesting Collection or create your own mountain vernacular design with your architect or designer.
