Creston Cottage Sites (1+ Acre Sites)

The Cottage Neighborhood sites are nestled discretely on private ridges within Creston. They enjoy beautiful pastoral views with dramatic mountain backdrops. Our Design Guidelines for this neighborhood reflect the very same construction quality as the larger sites, and are ideal for those seeking less land to maintain and the closer proximity of neighbors. The Cottage Neighborhood is surrounded by community property.

Creston Traditional Sites (2+ Acre Sites)

Situated throughout Creston are our Traditional Sites. These are sites of two to four acres. Under strict guidelines, some of the sites have the ability to build a guest cottage first and the primary residence later. Select your site with dramatic mountain views to the north, south, east, and west.

Creston Homestead Sites  (4.8+ Acre Sites)

These five to eight acre parcels are ideally suited for the privacy lover seeking to create a family compound or a special retreat. They offer the most flexibility for your individual needs and, of course, long range mountain views.
