Final Sale Prices Offered at a Fraction of the Original Pricing

Now is the time to benefit from great prices in an established North Carolina mountain community of beautiful homes and full-time residents located near the charming town of Black Mountain, NC and I-40.

Final Sale prices for the 15 remaining developer-owned homesites are offered at a fraction of the original prices due to the retirement of the developers. Text or call the Creston Development LLC developer directly at 828.243.4404.

The discounted sites are located in the Kestrel neighborhood, the last section developed at Creston and are comparably superior in their price range. Compare them along with Creston’s amenities to other western NC development located less than 10 miles from a desirable key town.

The building sites are on the protected southeast side of the mountain and are comparable to other expensive and previously sold homesites. Most have mid to long-range views and have easy building sites. They are also close to the secondary automatic gate in Kestrel, making access on and off the mountain quicker than using the main gate.

Prices will be reduced by the developer again in Spring 2020. Contact John Nelson, developer. Text/call 828.243.4404 or your local RE Broker.

There will be no future phases or altered development plans in Creston. There are also no unfilled promises. The community is actively managed by the owners through its POA.

If a quieter life is desired, Creston homesites offer privacy for those who want convenient seclusion. High speed internet provides many opportunities for working at home.

The 1100 acre community has 500 acres of conservation lands and common areas. There are only 135 homesites in Creston with 40 full-time residents at the moment, and growing. More homes are currently under construction at this time.
